Train with real tasks
Training works best when people practise the tasks they actually perform. Sessions can cover effective instructions, checking outputs, protecting sensitive information and recognising when an assistant is outside its scope.
We can help create simple working guidance and escalation paths so use of AI does not depend on one enthusiastic person.
Review and improve
After rollout, review useful measures such as successful completions, corrections, handovers and staff feedback. A rise in usage alone does not prove value.
