When you contact us
We collect the name, email address, optional business and phone details, service interest, project goals, scope, design preferences, indicative budget, timing and message you provide so we can respond and arrange a consultation. We store enquiries in our protected site database and use Resend to notify admin@onsellr.com. Authorised Intellagens administrators can update an enquiry’s status and follow-up notes.
Please do not include passwords, financial records, health information or confidential client data in the form. We can discuss an appropriate way to share project information later.
Website measurement
We count page views, consultation link clicks and form starts to understand which pages are useful. These are aggregate counts, not unique visitor totals. This first-party measurement does not set analytics cookies or store a visitor identifier. It stores the page path and a broad source category such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, other recognised AI assistants, referral or direct; it does not store full referring URLs.
The browser measurement honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. For abuse prevention, a short-lived hash derived from the connecting network address is set to expire after at most two hours and removed on the next measured request or enquiry. The address itself is not stored in our application database. Hosting and email providers may process technical data as part of delivering their services.
Optional Google Analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we load Google Analytics to measure visits, form starts and completed enquiries. Google may process device and browser information, network information and approximate location, and sets analytics cookies that recognise returning browsers. Our analytics cookies expire after 60 days unless renewed by a visit. Data may be processed outside Australia.
We send only public page paths and broad event names—not your name, email, phone number, enquiry contents, URL query parameters or admin activity. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. The Google tag does not load before consent or when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Our separate, cookie-free aggregate counts described above remain available.
Use “Privacy choices” at the bottom of a public page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future Google collection and removes our analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected by Google. Your choice is saved on this device for 180 days. Access, retention and questions
Administration is restricted to authorised accounts. We use enquiry information for responding and managing the business relationship; submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing. We review enquiry records as part of administration and can delete an enquiry when it is no longer required.
