A practical starting point
Discovery covers your goals, existing software, data quality, access permissions and the decisions that need human review. From there, we can scope a focused pilot with acceptance criteria, responsibilities and a realistic support plan.
Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables may include an opportunity shortlist, workflow map, data and integration assessment, pilot brief and implementation roadmap. We agree deliverables and pricing before project work begins.
What to bring to your consultation
Bring one workflow you would like to improve, a list of the systems it touches and an estimate of how often the task happens. A description is enough for the first conversation; please do not send confidential customer records.
